Carrie Hobbs

Carrie litigates a range of issues facing corporate clients, with an emphasis on bringing a rational business approach to disputes and achieving efficient judicial resolutions.  After graduating summa cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, Carrie was a litigation associate at an international law firm based in Seattle, Washington, and clerked in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. 

As a litigator, Carrie’s practice has covered a variety of complex litigation matters in all stages of litigation, including breach of contract, financial services, consumer protection claims, intellectual property, white collar and other commercial disputes.  In addition to litigation matters, Carrie has assisted clients in responding to government inquiries and conducted corporate internal investigations, including internal Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and False Claims Act investigations.  Throughout her career, Carrie has remained committed to public service and maintained an active pro bono practice, representing, among others, individuals seeking asylum, nonprofits, and survivors of domestic violence.
